Privacy notice

This notice describes how personal data is processed for people visiting www.funova.it and for people contacting Playnet Service through the channels shown on the site.

Browsing data

The servers hosting the site automatically record some technical data linked to normal Internet communication: IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, response status and browser information. This is needed to deliver and protect the site.

Quote request form

The form collects your name, venue or company, at least one contact detail (phone or email), the number of machines, the topics you are interested in, your message and confirmation that you have read this notice. It does not accept attachments.

The data is sent as an email to the Playnet Service mailbox through the domain’s mail server and used only to reply and manage the request. To limit abuse, the server keeps, for one hour, an encrypted code derived from the IP address, along with the time of submissions.

Contact by phone, email and WhatsApp

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we process the contact details and information you give us in order to reply and manage your request. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy notice.

Cookies and tracking tools

The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no statistics, advertising, pixels or embedded social content. It only stores in your browser the choice made in the cookie panel. Details are in the cookie policy.

Purposes and legal bases

• replying to requests and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• providing and protecting the site and managing direct communications, based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• complying with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data is not used for newsletters, marketing or profiling and is not subject to automated decisions.

Recipients

• the controller and authorised staff;
• Netsons S.r.l., which provides hosting and the domain’s mail server (also used to send the form) as data processor;
• public authorities, when disclosure is required by law.

Retention

• requests and correspondence: up to 12 months from receipt, unless longer retention is needed for legal obligations, contractual relationships or the protection of rights;
• form abuse control: one hour;
• browsing data and server logs: according to the hosting provider’s technical, contractual and legal criteria.

Providing your data

Browsing data is generated automatically by your visit. Contacting us is optional; the form requires your name, at least one contact detail, a message and confirmation that you have read this notice, without which we cannot reply.

Your rights

Within the limits set by the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@playnetservice.net.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Updates

This notice may change when tools, providers or processing change. The date of the last update is shown at the top. The Italian version prevails.
